Role Compass Review is an independent publication about reading security career opportunities carefully.
Our editorial purpose
We explain how to distinguish role families, preserve requirement wording, compare location-specific postings and prepare accurate questions. The collection contains twelve original English-US articles, seven original diagrams and a fictional client-side comparison exercise. It is designed to make public information easier to reason about, not to predict hiring outcomes.
Publisher and independence
Responsible publisher: Tom shelby. Editorial contact: shelbytom@gmail.com.
This publication is not affiliated with, sponsored by or operated by the Allied Universal or its related services. Subject names identify the subjects of the articles, not the publisher. The publisher funds this website. This publication does not receive affiliate commissions or payment for the articles in this collection.Evidence and review
Public Allied Universal pages provide limited factual context. Source notes name the actual page, review date and scope. Most of the collection consists of original reading methods and clearly labeled fictional examples. We do not copy job descriptions, employee stories or employer graphics. We quote no employee testimonials and invent no employees, interviews or credentials.
This collection was prepared with automated assistance using the public sources cited in the articles. A source-check date records a source review, not a professional certification or an account test. The publisher is responsible for deciding what is published and for assessing reported corrections.A reviewed posting may later change or close. Source-check dates are not hiring deadlines, personal eligibility determinations or proof that an opening is still available. We did not sign in, submit an application, test LISA, contact a recruiter or inspect private employment data. No pay figures are reproduced; no compensation or benefits entitlement is promised.
The comparison bench
The Posting Comparison Bench uses fixed fictional labels to show differences and missing information. It does not rank real applicants, make hiring recommendations, assess suitability or access an employer system. Its method is visible beside the controls and works as a paper exercise without JavaScript.
Corrections and accessibility

Headings, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, local images with meaningful text alternatives and no-script fallbacks are supplied. This is not a claim of accessibility certification or testing with every device. Report a barrier through the Contact page.
